About

In 1982, three Chicago area high school buddies who were musicians and loved Rock and Roll teamed up to form a Mod Rock Band, which they called Circles.
Founding members Kevin Sanders, Ken Kurson, and John Packel wrote songs, practiced diligently, and were soon playing live gigs in their hometown of Chicago and beyond with impressive crowds and critical acclaim. Later, members went on to form and play with various other bands including the iconic Green and The Lilacs.
Now forty years later the original band reunites with the addition of New Jersey guitarist Max Kyrillos with new music and live performances, kicking off in the U.K., the birthplace of Mod Rock.
See them play during the world-famous International Pop Overthrow Festival on May 18th and May 19th at The Cavern Club in Liverpool.
Stay tuned for more new music and concert dates to be announced.
